Shannon's First Birthday

We had Shannon's first birthday this past Memorial Day weekend. It was a great weekend. I can't believe Shannon is one. I made Shannon a banana birthday cake for her birthday since she loves bananas.

Lauren's Bridal Shower

For those of you who couldn't make it I'm posting some pictures from Lauren's Bridal Shower. It was a great day. Thank you again to Alyson for hosting and for everyone for coming and sending your love.




Although Lauren didn't want any games we made her play this one where she answered questions about her future husband. Each one she got wrong she had to chew another piece of gum. Looks like she has a lot of studying up to do before the big day.

Knitting

I haven't updated my knitting projects lately but I finished my first piece of clothing for Shannon. I adapted this pattern Spring top but ended up making it a little too small. Opps. So she's basically outgrown it by the time I finished. Oh well I think she likes it. We'll make a bigger one next time.

Exploring the great outdoors

I have some cute pictures of Shannon I'm going to post. This was the fist nice weekend in April and our first exploration of the backyard. She's a fan, but would much prefer to put everything in her mouth. Here's to spring.
